  • Rental Agreement & RV/Boat Parking Addendum - Carlos Kaslow of the Self Storage Legal Review headed up the CSSA’s efforts to create a Standardized Rental Agreement. This Rental Agreement is now available to all CSSA members for a nominal fee. For just $299 (an estimated $1200 less expensive than what you would pay to hire and lawyer and have them draft one for you), you can buy the CSSA endorsed Standardized Rental Agreement that is guaranteed to be completely current with all California laws. If California laws change and changes are deemed necessary to the Standardized Rental Agreement, you will receive a new copy of the Rental Agreement, with the changes, free of charge. Mr. Kaslow also wrote an addendum to the Rental Agreement that is specific to RV & boat storage that is available for an additional $100.
